Where possible all data will be backed up an restored.

Help via Logmein  - Discuss your requirements as there are options

Using a Application we can access your computer (the computer must start and have its Operating system going, and Logmein enabled). We can perform Updates and Service pack updates and upgrades.

Typical weekly service will consist of the following tasks

• Downloading of Microsoft updates and Security updates fixes

• Virus Downloads and Scan repairing and removing

• Hardware Check

Hard Disk Repairs - Discuss your requirements as there are options

The hard disk must spin up Operate, we uses a application to recover your data.

PLEASE NOTE this service is only for operational drives.

• If you have reformatted your Hard Disk.

• If you have restored your Hard Disk and your files are no longer there.

• If you have deleted Folders, Files.

• We reserve the right to test the drive first at NO cost, at our service center before accepting the job.
