If you purchased from Processing 2000^ there will NOT be the 21 day wait as the computer is serviced and repaired, as they are carried out in Napier and do not have to be sent away. Most servicing carried out with 2-4 working days, dependent on couriers and parts.

We have been in Napier since 2001

• Fully Tax Deductible in the year of lease. Application processed within 24 hours, delivery 5 working days from approval.

• Includes delivery, setup and transfer of data (applications need to be discussed).

• NOTE a hot swap spare is normally available and will be installed; A service contract agreement must be in place and payments up to date.

• ASK and we will provide you with a yes or no answer before quoting on your requirements. Software and additional items can be included in the lease agreement

We can also provide online support via the Internet

• We use Logmein Remote Desktop applications, as long as your computer can start in its Operating system.

• We access your computer using encrypted keys and passwords. You have control of Logmein. This MUST be enabled for us to enter your system.
