USING encrypted connections NOTE there will be a install of the connection to your computer/s this will be protected by password.
If something goes WRONG please don’t keep restarting or un-installing and/or re-installing software.
Most problems can be resolved without costly ONSITE VISITS and most are solvable online.
NOTE your computer MUST be able to start and have access to the Internet.

This is a seamless process where your invite us after setup and the service contract is in place by a

simple phone call or e-mail.

On registration and the contract in place you have control of when we are able to access your

computer system or network (this is a little more complex.)

BASIC connection with the following... $35.00 per week + GST - GREAT INSURANCE

Typical weekly service will consist of the following tasks...….

Downloading of Microsoft updates and Security updates fixes

Anti Virus Downloads and Scan repairing and removing

Hardware Check

Back up of your data on request, it is possible there may be an additional charge depending on the size and backup requirements.

Virus Removal and repair
Supply and installation of Virus Software including setup of downloads and virus signature updates
Supply and installation of SPY WARE software including setup and downloads
Computer hardware problems
Printer problems
Backup of vital business data (a monthly support charge can be arranged where I come in and do this on a monthly basis.
If you are currently doing back up have you checked that if you have to recover the data on the backup disk/cd is recoverable
Computer system slow or does not seem to be operating at its usual speed I can check and in most cases correct the problem, with tools I have
Training of new or existing staff please enquire.
